Whether your brand new to yoga or have been practicing for 10 years, this 3-part series is for you.
Each class will help you build a solid foundation for your practice. We will be focusing on the breath and how it links to movement, proper alignment for poses and building lasting strength and connection in your hands and feet.
The intention is for new students to feel confident and empowered to move safely through class utilizing tools given throughout class. If you’re a long time yogi this class will help bring awareness to any bad habits and bring you back to your roots.
