My Approach

Nutrition Consultations + Packages

I take a whole body approach to healing and one of the biggest ways we can impact our overall health is through FOOD! We eat it everyday, all day and much like a car needs proper fuel, if our food is not healthy, over time it will break down! I create personalized nutrition plans to help the over-achievers, high-anxiety and stressed individuals with low energy, excessive weight and digestive issues. Together we will assess and create a SUSTAINABLE action plan that fits your individual needs.

Sessions are virtual and done via FaceTime or Zoom.

**This PROGRAM starts with a 1hr Initial Consultation @ $220 + GST. Follow-up Sessions @ $95 to which you can add additional Follow-Up Sessions as needed.
