1:1 Nutrition Coaching

I take a whole-body approach to healing—and one of the most overlooked (yet powerful) pieces is how we are actually nourishing ourselves.

The truth?
Most people aren’t eating too much… they’re eating completely out of alignment with what their body actually needs.

They’re under-eating protein.
Under-fueling their metabolism.
Running on stress, caffeine, and convenience.

And over time? That shows up as:

  • low energy

  • stubborn weight gain

  • digestive issues

  • hormone imbalances

  • burnout

This is where I come in.

I don’t give you a generic meal plan.
We crunch the numbers and get clear on exactly what your body needs to function optimally—then build a realistic, sustainable system around your life.

Because knowing what to do isn’t the problem.
Actually doing it consistently is.

That’s why this isn’t just nutrition guidance—
it’s accountability, coaching, and support to help you follow through.


HOW TO WORK WITH ME

I work with clients inside a structured 6-month coaching container—because real, lasting change doesn’t happen in a few weeks.

This gives us the time to:

✔ Create sustainable habits
✔ Adjust as your body responds
✔ Keep you accountable every step of the way

Your program includes:

  • 1:1 Initial Consultation (60 min)

  • Personalized nutrition targets + strategy

  • Ongoing coaching & accountability

  • Regular follow-up sessions to refine + support

Mel is seriously amazing at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough, the time and care she takes to understand your situation by asking specific questions and tailoring recommendations and approaches to your needs step by step, not just prescribing a quick fix for the surface concern made this experience really special for me. I’ve known that issues with my own sleep has been a big theme in my life and in the efforts of getting to the bottom of what is causing it, I wanted to take a holistic approach and look at all the factors in my life that might be impacting this.
