For those of you who are on-the-go, unable to get to a studio because you live in a rural area, or you simply can’t advocate money towards fitness, these videos are for you. Everyone should have access to these tools and I want to make them available for you. Our current state of crisis with COVID-19 has inspired this page but there are a lot of incredible platforms and people who use this as financial supplementation already. Supporting each other is pivotal in a time like this and I don’t want to take away or devalue the services we offer as yoga teachers. Therefor if you have the resources to donate for the work, time and effort that goes into this online content, there is a donation button at the bottom for you to do so.
