TESTIMONIALS
“I am so thankful to have enrolled in Melanie‘s classes! They were exactly what I needed to help enhance my knowledge and skill set as a yoga teacher gaining experience. I feel much more confident in planning sequences which are logical and progressive.
I am also incredibly thankful for the hands-on assist course. There are so many more ways than I ever could’ve imagined to help practitioners deepen their practice. Much recommend both of these courses! Thanks, Melanie!” ~ J. Kushner
“Melanie's passion and knowledge of yoga were evident during the two weekends I attended the 50Hr Advanced YTT; this included 25 hours of Advanced sequencing and 25 hours of Hands-On Assists Advanced.
Melanie's background as an Osteopath provides her with a profound and detailed knowledge of the human body that only a few yoga instructors have; she explained how to prepare the muscles and activate them, where we were going and how to get there. I gained knowledge of the energy that we as instructors can transfer by touch; I also gained confidence in safely and intentionally assisting students with their form while practicing yoga to take their practice to the next level.
Melanie created and nurtured a knowledge-sharing environment before, during, and after each session, and she continues to do so after the workshop. As part of the program, you are required to do hands-on assistance in Melanie's classes, allowing you to practice what was learned and build confidence.
Melanie is so confident in her students' abilities that she offered them the opportunity to join a hands-on assist program in one of the local yoga studios where she teaches. I am fortunate to call her my mentor.” ~ V. Carrasco
